What is stored

Name, contact, project description, time of the request and the language of the page or chat. For a Telegram request — also the chat identifier, so I can reply to you in the bot.

What for

To review the request, contact you and discuss working together. Request data is not used for marketing mailings without separate consent.

Where it is processed

The site and bot run on Vercel, requests are stored in Neon Postgres, notifications arrive in Telegram. These services process data under their own terms.

How to delete a request

Write via the contact you used for the request, or via the Freelancehunt profile. Include the request number if you still have it. Requests are kept during the discussion and any further cooperation; once the discussion is over you can ask for the request to be deleted.

Technical protection

To limit spam, an irreversible code of the IP address, made with a secret key, is stored temporarily. The original IP address is not written to the requests database. The hosting provider may keep its own technical logs.
